I've been using the Galaxy S22 5G (128GB) for several weeksnow, and it's been an outstanding experience. The phone is sleek, lightweight, and fits perfectly in the hand, ideal for anyone who prefers a more compact device without sacrificing performance. The display is absolutely stunning. The screen is crisp, vibrant, and smooth thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate. Whether I'm streaming videos or scrolling through apps, everything looks fluid and detailed. I have upgraded from a S9+ to a S22 Ultra, as I wanted to take better photos, so I am playing around with the camera at the moment, the phone is easy to use and very intuitive compared to my previous phone, speeding up the processes, its quite big and I have a robust case on it so its made it heavy compared to my last phone so I use the hands free calling or head phones to talk a bit more, you wouldn't know the phone wasn't new at all and very happy with it and more in my budget for an upgrade. Service and shipping was fast and efficient from Back Market so happy

Item itself is in immaculate condition however I paid extra for the stated excellent condition which to me includes all original packaging. This came in a brown backmarket box. Great when it was meant to be a gift. I've found this to be hit or miss with backmarket as to whether you get the original packaging. Wish they'd just state if it's original box or not.

Received phone promptly and packaging was excellent. The condition of the refurbished phone was as described and is running perfectly.

Very pleased with my phone. To me it feels brand new and looks that way - bought in excellent condition. I also support the ethos of reuse and recycle so ticks all the boxes. I've already recommended this company to others.

Good price for an excellent phone. Very prompt delivery. When ordering though I inputted a trade in and accepted your price. Something went wrong as it was not mentioned again. Since then I contacted you and am going through the trade-in procedure again and awaiting the prepaid packaging but the price has reduced a little. Not sure what went wrong but watch this space..!!

The phone is brilliant, in great condition and was delivered quickly by Royal mail. I really thought it was a brand new phone, not a mark on it. I will use Back Market again when I'm looking for a replacement.

I can't fault the service from Back Market, but the battery power is this watch is shocking from full charge it doesn't last 24 hours, this is a big let down.
