Love my new phone, i opted for excellent condition phone for me is brand new. I have been using back market to buy all my phone and they always deliver an amazing service. The delivery was very fast phone securely package. Very happy customer and will continue to use their service I definitely recommend.

My first experience of buying second hand phone from the internet, but reading the reviews and not wanting to buy new I gave it a go. The experience was very straight forward. Good options for model and capacity and condition. Went for excellent condition and the phone arrived without a scratch on it. The packaging was minimal which was a refreshing change and the battery health was as stated 85% or above. It was exactly 85% but the charge lasts so much longer than my previous phone. Typical issues with transfer of contacts, but that wasn’t surprising. But now had it for several weeks and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would buy from Back Market again when I need newer tech.

I have used back market quite a few times now and never been disappointed with the product price or service. I regularly recommend to my family and friends too. My latest purchase is in perfect condition and with 100% battery health. Can’t fault it.

Price was excellent. I didn't pay for premium delivery, and STILL had phone the next day :-) I didn't pay extra for a "premium" condition, two tiny marks is slightly better than expected. And I didn't order a replacement battery, and the health of the factory battery is roughly as expected and I can spend that amount later if I need to. Overall, all expectations met or exceeded. My phone cost half what a new one would, and looks like a new one that has been in my pocket for a few weeks.

Overall a positive experience, but with some initial challenges. The device I received originally had a battery health below the advertised 79%, which led to a return. Communication at first was a little unclear, and it took several messages to understand the next steps fully. However, once the process was underway, the replacement device I received was in excellent condition, matched the correct model and storage, and had a battery health of 85%. Thanks to the team, I’d be happy to shop here again, even knowing that a bit of persistence and clear communication may be needed if a return is necessary.

Really happy with my phone, arrived earlier than expected and in great condition. I bought a “good” condition phone but it’s more than that! Great battery life too. Ended up getting my partner a Samsung phone from here too. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Exactly as described—working great—fully able to edit the machine to my needs also (for windows users: just update your drivers and the additional Lenovo updates and it’ll run smoothly). Installed a Linux distro on the laptop and I’m having loads of fun already. Great Thinkpad, five stars. Very fast service too!
