My first experience of buying second hand phone from the internet, but reading the reviews and not wanting to buy new I gave it a go. The experience was very straight forward. Good options for model and capacity and condition. Went for excellent condition and the phone arrived without a scratch on it. The packaging was minimal which was a refreshing change and the battery health was as stated 85% or above. It was exactly 85% but the charge lasts so much longer than my previous phone. Typical issues with transfer of contacts, but that wasn’t surprising. But now had it for several weeks and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would buy from Back Market again when I need newer tech.

I have used back market quite a few times now and never been disappointed with the product price or service. I regularly recommend to my family and friends too. My latest purchase is in perfect condition and with 100% battery health. Can’t fault it.

Really happy with my phone, arrived earlier than expected and in great condition. I bought a “good” condition phone but it’s more than that! Great battery life too. Ended up getting my partner a Samsung phone from here too. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Exactly as described—working great—fully able to edit the machine to my needs also (for windows users: just update your drivers and the additional Lenovo updates and it’ll run smoothly). Installed a Linux distro on the laptop and I’m having loads of fun already. Great Thinkpad, five stars. Very fast service too!

Delighted with it.Was very well packed and despatched quickly. Looks to be unused. The keyboard turned out to be US English, but as I will use it 99.9% of the time via an external keyboard, that's OK.

My computer arrived, beautifully packaged and well within the timeframe specified. The condition was quoted as excellent and I can't find anything to suggest it was not brand new (apart from the cost of course!)
