4.5/5This phone seems very good and I would recommend the website to others. Postage and packaging fantastic. Price really wonderful for this model with the warranty. The phone was listed as fair condition and I think this is accurate for a refurbished phone. On eBay this would be listed as good. There are scratches around the phone that are not visible when using it. The only small gripe I have is that the battery has been replaced with a third party battery not approved by Apple. This is not a big problem for me at all, but it does mean that battery health analysis doesn't work so the phone isn't quite 'fully functional'. It's possible that this was made clear on the listing or in the fine print and I just didn't notice! Anyway thanks very much, overall a great buying experience so far. No issues with the actual working of the phone. but there're lots of dents on the corners of the case and scratches on the screen also a small crack on the top right hand side of the screen. The phone was rated as Fair, so perhaps that's what is expected for refurbished phones of that rating. 4/5Needed to up grade from Samsung a12. However didn't want to spend, money on a new phone. So went for refurbished Samsung S20 128GB. No issues in ordering from black market, process was straight forward. Phone arrived very quickly, well packed. On opening the phone it looks new, can not find any marks or blemishes.
