I brought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 in "Excellent" condition. I can't fault the condition of the watch. The case/screen are spotless. The watch strap whilst new, is a 3rd party version, but fine. The battery reads 100% so i'm assuming a replacement. Overall it lived up to it's description and i'm very happy with the item from this seller. Thank you.

After being forced to give up on my iPhone 7 after years of replaced batteries and a resistance to constant waves of new phone releases, I finally decided on the iPhone 12 mini. They’re the same size, so it was a perfect transition for me, especially as I didn’t want a massive phone, and the price was affordable too. I’ve ordered from BackMarket before, and had two products arrive in poor condition, so was a little skeptical, but this iPhone 12 mini blew me away. It arrived in 48 hours (would have been 24, if I was in to receive it, first time!) and was in near-perfect condition (barring a tiny scratch on the screen): I was super impressed, especially given that the condition was listed as ‘fair’. Three weeks in, and I couldn’t be happier. The *only* con I’ve noticed is that sometimes the keyboard is a tiny bit on the less responsive side, but that could just be the apps I’m using at the time. Unsure if I got lucky or so, but I’m very pleased with my purchase overall, and everything it has to offer!

I’m really pleased with my iPhone 11 (64GB, Purple, Unlocked). The phone looks and feels almost brand new, works perfectly, and the battery life is great. The colour is beautiful and exactly as described. Delivery was quick, and the setup was smooth. Overall, fantastic value for money; I’d definitely recommend it!

This is my second time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Instead of spending a lot more on a brand-new one, I went with the “Fair” condition option and to my surprise, it looks practically brand new! There are no scratches or cracks on the screen, and the phone works flawlessly. I highly recommend buying refurbished if you want excellent performance at a much better price.It also came a lot earlier than expected which is a positive.

Absolutely delighted my galaxy A51, great interface and amazing storage. Only downside is the battery life compared to my old Samsung galaxy J6, but the performance of the phone outweighs the downside by quite a bit so overall I'm happy. 😁👍

The phone, cosmetically, is better than expected, I cannot see any markings on it at all. The only ‘issue’ raised when switching phones via iCloud was a question over whether the battery was an apple replacement. The phone appears to be behaving as expected.
