phone was delivered earlier than delivery date, luckily I was off to receive delivery as it was a present for family member. It was fine in the end just need earlier advise if delivery date and time change.

This is the second thing I’ve ordered from Back Market. Whilst they are great, not all of the traders take the right care and attention. The iPad was supposed to be in Excellent condition but was significantly marked around the camera on the rear - very visible and included at least one deep chip; there were also scratches around the charging port. The battery life was less than the 80% it should have been. It was ordered as a gift for my son and was not suitable. It was very poorly packaged- in a box that was too big and flimsy and so it arrived quite squashed, the iPad was loosely wrapped in bubble wrap but this wasn’t sealed so the iPad was sliding and bouncing around in the box, and not in the bubble wrap. Unfortunately not the service I was hoping for from the trader on this occasion and have had to return it and buy something different so as to get it from a different trader.

Bought this phone after reading reviews. Super affordable and very good condition. I don't see any difference in new or refurbished. Delivery was quick and the purchase was smooth. Will do business again in future . I'm happy

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A14 in green, but initially received a black one. I contacted the seller and they promptly dealt with the issue, and sent the right phone, new, with a hand written note of apology. I'm very happy with the phone and how the whole issue was resolved. I'd definitely use Back Market again!

I am going round and round in circles. There is a tab to ‘talk to a human’ but actually you cant. I cant find anyway or properly explaining the priblem i have. The phone i received was a 65 th wedding anniversary rpesent from my mum to my Dad. Firstly when we switched it on it had not been resent to factory settings! We did that and then the screen completely froze. So we did a forced shut down and managed to get it set up. We received the phon on 19 May but my Dad didnt get it til 28th which is their anniversary and now today 4 June the screen has frozen again! He has only used it 4 or 5 days. I am really unhappy with this. I hope to hear from Back Market. I have bought from them before no problem but am really put off by this experience.

Really pleased with this purchase. Lovely easy transaction and phone was like new - new screen etc and in a sealed box. It meant I could afford the next model up for my daughter than if I bought new. My daughter agrees and is very happy that she got to choose the green colour too! It also arrived a few days earlier than expected.

I did not need a super specified device or to pay a lot of money for it. My purchase was low priced but as far as I can tell in perfect condition and does all that I need. Delivery was exceptionally fast and the purchase process easy.

Very efficient service, phone arrived swiftly and in great condition. Battery needs charged once everyday at least, like my old phone. My old one had an 80% battery life as opposed to this phone’s 100% so I was hoping for better. However this is 128Gb as opposed to my old 32GB because I needed extra space so maybe that just reflects my use? So far so good overall though so, I would use again .
