    Love my refurbished MacBook Air. The speed that it was delivered and the high quality of the computer turned an sh*tty situation (two awful people, seen on CCTV, stole my bag with my laptop in it) into a much better one. The price was great too, If I ever have something stolen from me again, which I hope doesn't happen or I'm looking to upgrade an existing device I'll look at BackMarket (good pun btw) again.

    I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

    The device was 100 % in all respects- a lovely machine. I had ordered a 256GB hard drive, thinking it would be possible to transfer the data from my2020 MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, there was not enough space on this hard drive. I therefore returned the machine with no trouble at all, and was still able to trade in my 2020 MacBook Pro. All my dealings with Back Market were excellent - speedy replies, excellent support, fair and efficient at all times. I could not find a late model Air with a 512 GB drive with Back Market, but I would recommend them very highly.

    I ordered a Late 2021 MacBook Pro 16" M1 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD in Excellent Condition. The process was quick and easy, very smooth with quick and friendly communications with BackMarket, as I wanted to delay delivery by a few days to ensure I was home. The package arrived on the arranged date at the agreed time, with the laptop securely triple boxed with tons of padding, so in great shape. After opening the Russian Doll of two outer strong cardboard boxes, I found the original Retail Apple Box for the MacBook (with Matching Serial Numbers) and all contents present and still shrink wrapped except for the MacBook itself. Even that still had all the original Apple protectives on, and as far as I can see it was brand new and completely unmarked. A check of the MacOS battery data later showed just one (1) battery charge cycle and 100% capacity. I can't rate Back Market highly enough if you are looking for a MacBook Pro at less than half the price of current retail. Completely satisfied with the purchase and have been highly recommending Back Market to friends and colleagues. On power up the MacBook had the Ventura MacOS installed and was awaiting completion and configuration, which allowed me to upgrade to the 5 day old MacOS Sequoia v15.0. Supper fast, super crisp Retina XDR Screen and great sound. Nothing to even slightly moan about, completely happy that I chose Back Market when I wanted to upgrade my 2013 MackBook Pro.

    I was nervous at first before buying but it worked out well in the end! I got the MacBook Air in Good condition and it looks and feels almost good as new. There is just a slight chip on the bottom corner of the laptop but it does not bother me in the slightest. Definitely worth it if you want to save some money and still get top quality tech. The battery health was also 97% for me which I am more than happy with considering how much I spent. I would say this is more than Good condition. I am currently using the laptop now and it has been a wonder when doing my uni work. Thank you!!

    I always come back to Backmarket - every piece of tech I've bought has always been top notch. I was in the market for an upgrade for my MacBook and went for a MacBook Pro (2021) and you would have no idea that this was not brand new.
