I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

I was nervous at first before buying but it worked out well in the end! I got the MacBook Air in Good condition and it looks and feels almost good as new. There is just a slight chip on the bottom corner of the laptop but it does not bother me in the slightest. Definitely worth it if you want to save some money and still get top quality tech. The battery health was also 97% for me which I am more than happy with considering how much I spent. I would say this is more than Good condition. I am currently using the laptop now and it has been a wonder when doing my uni work. Thank you!!

Great condiiton is really good and almost like new! - Although the battery health is great too, it seems like the batter dies really quickly so pretty much as to be on charge constantly. Great tool though

Based on my son's recommendation, I bought it for my daughter and she was well plesed, she will need it for Uni when the new term starts and she is getting used to it now. She's paired it with her iphone and ipad tablet and it all works perfectly well. I selected the fair quality of the mac as she only needed it for Photoshop and the Uni seems strict about it. However I am really happy with the actual device quality. It's like a completely new laptop. Please continue to provide such service, and continue to consider that fair quality. It is really going to help people on low or tight budget. I'll definitely come back and buy here. Thanks very much! Good stuff!

I ordered a Late 2021 MacBook Pro 16" M1 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD in Excellent Condition. The process was quick and easy, very smooth with quick and friendly communications with BackMarket, as I wanted to delay delivery by a few days to ensure I was home. The package arrived on the arranged date at the agreed time, with the laptop securely triple boxed with tons of padding, so in great shape. After opening the Russian Doll of two outer strong cardboard boxes, I found the original Retail Apple Box for the MacBook (with Matching Serial Numbers) and all contents present and still shrink wrapped except for the MacBook itself. Even that still had all the original Apple protectives on, and as far as I can see it was brand new and completely unmarked. A check of the MacOS battery data later showed just one (1) battery charge cycle and 100% capacity. I can't rate Back Market highly enough if you are looking for a MacBook Pro at less than half the price of current retail. Completely satisfied with the purchase and have been highly recommending Back Market to friends and colleagues.
