So all is quite well. Price was extremely good. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that I have ordered silver one and received black I have messaged seller to number provided on note added to package but no one did get back to me.. But I am happy with my purchase.

The phone was delivered on time without damage, but the wrong color. I ordered a yellow phone, but it arrived ice blue. I liked the color, but in the future, be more careful what you send! The phone works properly

Amazing product. In perfect condition. I chose "excellent" condition and it really felt like I was unpacking a brand new phone. Couldn't really tell the difference. Brilliant merchant, totally recommended. I've been using the phone for over two months now and I'm really happy with it. No way I'm buying a new phone in the future! Backmarket is great and the best customer service I've experienced (I work in customer contact myself 😊). This was my second purchase of the same phone. I was sent one that only worked with South Asian SIM cards. They were so fast and accommodating. I could quickly send the parcel back and got a refund a few days later. Thanks, guys! 😊

Very pleased with the phone. Phone looks brand new, came in box sealed all accessories. Cant tell its been used no visible damage on phone. Would recommend buying from them.

Came in good condition and the size is just how I like it. Unfortunately didn’t come with a plug but that’s okay. Other than that amazing delivery and service❤️
