Device was in good condition and works perfectly. Ordered on a wednesday afternoon and paid extra for express delivery. Order wasn't processed until Thursday afternoon and device wasn't despatched until Friday. Deliveries are not made on the weekend, even with express, so device didn't arrive until Monday afternoon, five days after ordering.

Bought as a gift for my mother. She Hates spending money, so I went for a simple Samsung. I LOVE it for her Inexpensive Sounds So Much better than cheap. Very Happy. Not my first Back Market purchase And Won't be my Last. Quality Bought at a Great Price 👍🏿

It was my first time ordering from Backmarket so I was a skeptical, however, the phone arrived next day which is amazing. What blew my mind further was the fact that the phone was in its original packaging with a charging cable and instruction manual. Very impressed. If you have doubts, just order from this seller, and rest assured, you won't be disappointed.

It's all sweet

I have been purchasing phones from Back Market for the last 3 years, with different phone status categorised mainly as "Good" or "Fair", and I was happy with my purchase. However, when I bought the Honor Magic 4 Pro, the phone arrived yesterday in a dirty and badly packaged, with a big scratch on the side, and overall condition of the phone. It was categorised as "Good" instead of " Fair", though the phones I bought before that were categorised as "Fair" were much better by far than this. The supplier should have simply cleaned the phone at the least and packaged it properly. I am returning the phone.
