Device was in good condition and works perfectly. Ordered on a wednesday afternoon and paid extra for express delivery. Order wasn't processed until Thursday afternoon and device wasn't despatched until Friday. Deliveries are not made on the weekend, even with express, so device didn't arrive until Monday afternoon, five days after ordering.

I ordered this item 5 weeks before Christmas as a present for my daughter. After over 26 messages to customer support and numerous reassurances that it would arrive on time I was finally told I wouldn’t be getting my order and a refund was offered…..4 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY!! Ridiculous!! I wouldn’t recommend as the products they advertise don’t seem to be guaranteed. Even when I was told it wasn’t available it was still “available” on their website!! And just to rub it in I’m still getting emails asking how my laptop is!!!!As a company they just dont seem to know what is going on!! Avoid!!

I have been purchasing phones from Back Market for the last 3 years, with different phone status categorised mainly as "Good" or "Fair", and I was happy with my purchase. However, when I bought the Honor Magic 4 Pro, the phone arrived yesterday in a dirty and badly packaged, with a big scratch on the side, and overall condition of the phone. It was categorised as "Good" instead of " Fair", though the phones I bought before that were categorised as "Fair" were much better by far than this. The supplier should have simply cleaned the phone at the least and packaged it properly. I am returning the phone.
