ordered a magic keyboard and opted for the good condition one, keyboard turned up on time and was in mint condition ( like new ) saved over half of what they cost new from apple store. didn't realise i ordered a ( US ) keyboard there pretty much the same except the £ sign ( you need to shift and press No3 ) very pleased with service, will use again Matt ( S/W Devon )

Ordering was great. Delivery was extremely quick! Brought this for my autistic 4 year old so I could link to my Apple account and he can watch this when out and about instead of my phone. I understand this site is second hand and what not but I wasn’t expecting to have to charge the iPad after a couple of hours of use. Netherless my child enjoys it.

I bought the iPad in the “fair” condition, expecting it to have a few scratches etc. The iPad was in perfection condition, not one scratch on it. It was easy to place the order and received fast delivery. I have used Back Market previously with no issues, and will use again if needed.

I was really nervous about ordering off Back Market after reading a lot of bad reviews and also...well the name 'back market' isn't entirely convincing. HOWEVER, I am a broke uni student who couldn't afford to be wary due to my macbook air I've had for ten years earning itself a well earned retirement. Thus I chose to purchase from a company that had a lot of good reviews. Despite choosing 'fair' condition, my macbook pro arrived in EXCELLENT condition!! Very happy with my purchase. Charger didnt work however but thankfully my macbook air charger works on it.
