The Apple watch was a very last minute Christmas present! It arrived spectacularly quickly and my daughter was over the moon with it. She’s barely taken it off. It was beautifully presented in crisp new packaging (with cable) and the condition was superb. Thank you again Back Market - you are my “go to” for refurbished tech! Probably my fifth/sixth successful purchase.

The phone itself was great so definitely big credit to Samsung on that unfortunately even though I ordered the Z flip six in excellent condition the screen came damaged not flawless as it was advertised. I did however receive a refund but I wasn’t given back the refurbisher fee, so I will most likely not be using Back Market again Unfortunately.

The best trade-in and refurbished website. I've traded in two phones, and bought one. The prices offered are the best across the board. And the prices to buy are more than reasonable, especially with the high quality care they take with each item. An 'excellent' item really does seem brand new! I recommend this site to everyone.

I ordered the Samsung s20 fe 5g in excellent condition. It arrived after a few days which was great and it was on a deal. The phone arrived and was in great condition. I didn't see any signs of wear and tear and it appeared to work fine. That was until I put the SIM card in and it didn't detect it. I took it to a local store to try a different SIM card and that didn't work. I sent the phone back and they received it and instantly said it was not able to be repaired or exchanged so they giving me full refund. Not the best experience in regards to this site as it's first time I've used it but will give them another go as they use different sellers.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 was in good as new condition and excellent. Full functionality. Battery life was somewhat low, but I already knew that from reviews of Samsung watches. All in all, very good.

I’m thrilled to bits with the iPad but the charger didn’t work. The wire kept coming out of the plug. It wasn’t an Apple charger. I went to Apple in Leicester to find out what was wrong and I bought an Apple plug for £19 and it solved the problem. maybe you should send the right charger with your goods. Would be nice if you could reimburse me for the plug. I have a receipt. JoyBraker

I bought a phone in 'fair' condition. I can't see anything wrong with it (my eagle-eyed daughter found some tiny scratches). It's my first Google phone and I love it (I'm used to a Samsung). Easy to navigate and the camera is fantastic - the main reason I bought it. Very, very pleased with the purchasing process, the price, and the product.

Good quick service. Phone was as described and works well. This is the secong phone I have bought through this company and will concider them again in the future. I recommended them to a friend and his experience was different as the phone was faulty out of the box. Back market immediately offered a replacement or money back, which he took, and was happy with the outcome so you have to accept this might happen.

It works well. Stylus came in as a set. I ordered an "exelent" condition, even though it has a couple of screen scratches, but not noticeably much. Battery holds like a tablet that's been in use for about a year, but it's still good. It's still good for a revewed tablet.
