Was listed as refurbished “excellent” condition and actually came in the original box, with accessories sealed. It seems the device was in fact brand new; once it was set up, I was offered AppleCare and all of the usual promos you get with a new Apple product. Also was delivered multiple days before the estimated arrival!

This was brought for my son as a Christmas present. I did pay the extra for an original Apple box and also I paid out extra for a good quality refurbished iPad. The result was my son was super happy with what he’d been given, it was in excellent condition without a single mark on it as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend anyone to go down the refurbished route and read up on what you are buying as many of these products actually have never been used. It arrived in excellent condition with good battery life. As with all Pixel devices the transfer of apps and data is very easy if you have both devices available. It would be much harder without the original device. Delivery was secure and packaging was great. I'm very pleased with my new phone, an absolute bargain compared to a new one.

The S25 Ultra supplied by Back Market is brilliant. It's indistinguishable from a new phone, is very fast, has an amazing screen and brilliant sound. I am delighted with my purchase and recommend Back Market to anyone thinking of buying new instead.

Bought a Pixel 8 in excellent condition and really it was as good as new. No scratches on the screen or body. It was a really good price too. I've bought Google phones since the Nexus S and often got them direct from Google. Unless you are getting a freebie in exchange for paying full price, I don't see why you wouldn't get it from Backmarket for much less money for the same phone and warranty.

Bought this Samsung z flip 4 in excellent condition was cheaper than buying it in good condition Came next day and to my surprise with the original box too. not a single mark or scratch on the phone 😁 I was very anxious while buying this phone I've seen alot of bad reviews, so I also got insurance with it too. Happy it came with one year warranty too just In case (i also bought a case) All positive things at the moment, il update the review in a few weeks to say how it's getting on 🙂
