Top tier quality, a little gutted about the battery health but they did specify it in the description and I proceeded knowing it would be 80% Love the phone tho, eventually I will replace the battery, definitely worth it

Has arrived in excellent condition, 93% battery health. I initially ordered red, i had a phonecall same day to offer me a choice of 4 other colours as no red in stock. New colour choice arrived the next day with a bonis screen protector.

Immaculate condition, I checked all worked camera etc before factory resetting and putting away for my daughter for christmas. battery health is 88% which lets it down slightly BUT overall phone is immaculate and all works as it should :)

I ordered my iPhone a few months ago, and at first, I wasn’t very confident about buying a refurbished device from Back Market. However, I received my order quickly, and the phone looked almost new. I had purchased an iPhone 13 in excellent condition. To my surprise, when I received it, the phone was smaller than I expected and had a small scratch on the screen. I decided not to return it, but I felt a bit disappointed since I was expecting the device to be in excellent condition. That being said, the camera is fantastic—I really love it.

So far it’s been an amazing phone, I bought the excellent condition and honestly I couldn’t even notice a mark on it. Obviously it will vary for each phone but it definitely shows the possibility of getting a pristine phone through the excellent option. No issues at all yet, it’s been about 3 weeks up to now so we will go from here and see…
