    I'm very pleased with my phone. It's a backup phone, so I am not using it to make calls from at the moment. However, it was very easy to copy my settings etc from my original phone. The company that supplied my phone let me know they didn't have the colour I'd requested. However, they were able to make up for it by providing me with wireless earpods, fitted a screen protector, plus phone case, all free of charge. Very happy with my purchase.

    I ordered my iPhone a few months ago, and at first, I wasn’t very confident about buying a refurbished device from Back Market. However, I received my order quickly, and the phone looked almost new. I had purchased an iPhone 13 in excellent condition. To my surprise, when I received it, the phone was smaller than I expected and had a small scratch on the screen. I decided not to return it, but I felt a bit disappointed since I was expecting the device to be in excellent condition. That being said, the camera is fantastic—I really love it.
