good packaging fast shipping came from germany in 3 days, the phone without much was as it came out of the production factory with the original software and got immediately without any problems the next 2 android upgrades,the battery if not opened is in good condition,these in the pluses for now,charger cable only for recycling,didn't bother me at all as I have a genuine one from the same previous model,now I'm waiting for the Galaxy Note10+ to see how it will be.

The device is visually and hardware-wise very good. However, I had hoped to get Android 7.0 installed on it again (Nougat version), which can only be installed privately on the Xperia Z3+. That's why some apps no longer work. Too bad! Can you install 7.0 on my Experia Z3? It must work, as my previous Z3, which is identical in construction, also ran with Android 7! I got the data transferred from the old garbage. The device works as far as I want it to, making calls, sending SMS and reading emails. I'm not on social media.

I would like to return this device in exchange for a voucher on backmarket for another one. I can't install an application that is essential for my work.

The phone's screen came off for no reason after 3 months. Throw away abroad for a long trip so too expensive to have it shipped for warranty. I had however taken the best quality aspect.
