Sony Xperia Z3 Compact 16GB - Black - Unlocked

Bought for my cousin. It’s a good phone, only issue changing over SIM and memory card quite fiddly, had to take it to 02 shop who did it straight away, said Sony phones are a bit tricky. Fine now it’s working perfectly.

Appeared to be still locked to O2 so perhaps it was not returned to factory settings properly. After hours of work my computer / phone specialist appears to have solved the problem, O2 no longer appears and he's managed to change the calendar to show upcoming events on the second home page. Now happy!

I wanted a small mobile to act as a bicycle computer and an all round back up device while I'm out and about. This model is behaving perfectly and is doing everything that is needed. A good choice. Easy to order and speedy delivery. Thanks.

So far, so bad. I couldn't put a memory card into the slot, so the phone wasn't a lot of use to me - contacts, music etc.on the card. I returned the phone, and have since heard nothing. There isn't any kind of direct contact available with Back Market. I'm not expecting a happy outcome. Perhaps that will 'help others make up their minds'.
