arrived quickly but the phone does get rather hot when you are using it and alot of apps that I had on my previous phone don't seem to be supported

This is a super little phone. And it's a replacement for my old one, which was beginning to show its age and is exactly the same model (except it's a different colour.) I'm waiting for Sony to bring out a newer phone of a similar size, because I like to be able to carry my phone in my pocket, rather than having to have a special bag for it. So far, they have failed me, and their more recent models seem to be a lower spec than the Xperia X Compact, as well as being annoying huge. It does everything you'd expect from a quality smartphone, without the ridiculously large dimensions. The camera is probably the most impressive thing, with its 23 mp. It's almost as good as my proper DSLR. None of the newer phones seem to have such a high resolution for some reason. What else can I say? It does everything you'd want from a modern smartphone, and despite no longer being made, it's certainly worth considering. BackMarket themselves were very efficient. The price was good; phone arrived quickly, and in a well packed box.

Very impressed. My order arrived quickly and included a fresh charger which is a nice touch. I wouldn't have minded a few scratches but it's actually in great condition, no noticeable damage. Battery isn't lasting all day but I'm using it a lot because I'm bored at home due to lockdown. Happy customer and will use the site again next time I purchase some tech :)

Sony Xperia Compact X failed within a fortnight, no longer completing its start-up process when switched on. No means of choosing factory reset options when the phone won't turn on, so no means of clearing personal data held on the phone. Product returned to seller for attempted repairs/exchange/refund.
