Bardzo dobra robota

It arrived very quickly and was well packed. Everything is in very good condition and works very well. l am new to the Xbox and so just trying to get used to the controls, very frustrating but that's down to me not the Xbox. very pleased with my purchase.

Xbox itself is great, such good value and I’m so happy I’ve got it. Controller was very dodgy at the start, wouldn’t turn on, would switch off half way through a game. Still having to keep an eye on it and have a feeling I’ll have to buy a new controller soon. But other than that it’s all great!

This is what you call good condition? I think you are clouded by the idea of refurbished having varying conditions hence passed this off as good. This is fair condition at best. The Xbox itself was covereded with pen marks at the back and dirt on the top, and don’t get me started on the controller. It was filthy. Covered in scratch marks all over it with grime imbedded into the sides of the controller and the joysticks. ITS ALSO MISMATCHED Looks like someone enjoyed a pizza whilst playing with it and they just packed it up like that. Completely unjustifiable. The quality control with this company seems non-existent. Truly disappointing.

The item is good but the packaging was shocking, no bubble wrap and no suitable protection. It was advertised with the original box but it came in a cardboard box with brown paper. I raised this with Backmarket customer service and was told that there is no guarantee to receive original packaging.

Ordered an Xbox one GTA for my daughter. The condition was excellent and it was packaged very well. I have used this site for numerous items and I’ve always had an excellent experience.
