As a previous purchase before on fair condition they was both immaculate this site is the best for second hand tech and the flexi payments through Klarna just makes it just abit more convenient for tech purchases… also delivery, it’s fast!

Ok so seen the add for this controller and decided it was a very good deal. So took a chance with back market as there was no way id afford a controller like this normally but i took a shot. Shipping was very fast and the item was packaged very secure and safe. when i opened it the box was a bit bumped but still sealed. The controller was very new to me the only issue and i know its odd but the controller smells like it was stored or displayed in a very mouldy environment but i must stress this there was no mould or mould marks on any kind just the smell. item and case etc were really good. I still found the whole experience really good with a great item(bar smell lol) and fantastic price. I will will once hundred percent return to back market when finances improve in future.

It was great. Came in 2 days with no issues, and I’ve been playing with it for a couple of weeks with no problems. Also after this saving £40 compared to new I don’t know why you’d ever buy a brand new on.

The controller was well priced and of high quality. Works very well and holds up good when comparing to controllers of higher prices. Only issue is that with the ‘B’ button as it occasionally gets stuck, not too major of an issue as it can be easily ignored.

Can tell it’s refurbished however I understand that it’s not perfect that’s why I bought it off here however controller is perfect nothing wrong with it

console didn't see a controller but after goggling the issue I have sorted it within few minutes. I'm happy with the purchase

The Controller Xbox One X/S came really quickly and was in excellent condition. My grandson was delighted. Always a good result with Back Market

decent condition but the right bumper doesn't work! confirmed it doesn't work in the Xbox accessories app too! idk if I can be bothered to return it and wait 10 days for it to actually be refurbished. lost a customer back market! :(
