    This is the second time that I have bought and sold a phone on Back Market. My aim in doing so is to reduce my carbon footprint and recycling does this. I have always found Back Market a very slick operation, their customer service is superlative, and the trade in facility easy to use and effective, payment usually follows 8 days after the condition of the trade in is verified. I have no hesitation recommending buying a refurbished telephone from Back Market as both experiences I have had have been superb.

    Arrived the day after ordering. I went for a 'good' condition phone. Not entirely sure what excellent could be because this phone is spotless and as far as I can tell, completely unmarked. Thoroughly recommend

    Fast delivery and a perfect galaxy s24 ultra. 2nd phone I've bought off here. Wouldn't buy a new phone again without out coming here first

    satisfaite de ce second achat de téléphone reconditionné. heureuse qu'il était bien emballé parceque le carton était écrasé sur 1 côté et surtout quelqu'un a essayé de l'ouvrir.

    Le téléphone est en parfait état et il est arrivé très rapidement. Le problème c'est que j'ai commandé un téléphone double sim et que je ne peux en mettre qu'une. Pas moyen de contacter le vendeur, juste proposition d'échange ou de remboursement. Comment je fais en attendant sans téléphone ? Je travaille avec. Je voudrais juste être contactée pour trouver une solution.

    Leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Produkt wurde mit Zustand "Sehr gut" bestellt, also ohne Display Kratzer - geliefert wurde wohl aus der Kategorie "Gut" Display hatte 2 Kratzer (1,5cm und 0,5cm). Auf Rückfrage bzgl. Preissenkung wurden mir €60,- angeboten. Das ist nicht akzeptabel, also leider Rücksendung mit Rückerstattung. Ladekabel war auch nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten, was es aber sollte. Jetzt sehe ich, dass der Zustand meines bestellten S24 Ultra auf "Gut" umgestellt wurde... ??? Na ja warum??? Schade meine Bestellung vor 3 Jahren war super in Ordnung, deshalb wurde auch wieder bestellt. Vielleicht hatte ich ja nur kein Glück diesmal, aber muss man Glück haben? Denke nicht. Habe mich auch bei einem Fachhändler erkundigt bzgl. Preis und Zustand dieses Handys. Max. €700,- wäre gerechtfertigt für refurbished und diese Display Kratzer war die Antwort. Sorry lieber Back Market das lief nicht gut.
