IV bought 2 iPhone XR and OnePlus 8. All come in excellent condition and fully working. The only issue is on the OnePlus 8, where the Google micro phone button don't pick up any sound but the mic works for everything else

This is second phone I have purchased from Back Market and I very impressed with the quality of both items, not a mark visable. Both phones work perfectly. I will certainly be back for more tech supplies.

Bought as first phone for 11 year old. Being only in fair condition I was expecting a working but slightly shabby phone. Apart of one chip to the corner (so possibly screen has been replaced at some point) there wasn’t a mark on it. No problems with it at all 3 weeks in.

Got it as a gift for my mum, she finds the device to be easy to handle and navigate, definitely recommend BackMarket get any tech in the future!

In much better condition than advertised. Arrived several days earlier than advertised. There was a small additional charge which was not advertised. One or two small software glitches, but these are of minor importance. Updated Operating system. It has been bought to dep for my higher spec 256GB One Plus 8 which has suffered a swollen battery, and will be repaired. This is doing an good job, with apps, functions etc successfully migrated from the older phone.

OnePlus 8 Phone was unlocked with "orange warning", appearing on boot. someone had previously messed with the bootloader and this hadn't been checked by the QC. I mean the error literally shows up for 10 seconds every time you boot the device. How these devices make it past quality control I don't know. My novice level of testing when I get a new device seems to pick up issues straight away. Sending phone back now for a refund, but honestly just a waste of time. additionally BM making me rate the phone on battery life and accessories in the box which impacts the stars of the review doesn't make sense...

Second OnePlus 8 from backmarket, different seller. first one had OS issue (not taking this into account for the review here). Now this one the charging port is faulty and doesn't keep the charging cable in there. This is one of the most annoying issues a phone can have and it clearly hadn't been tested properly. cmon the charging port, I noticed within 2 mins of opening the box that there was an issue. the back camera was clearly scratched near the lens. not what I would expect from a good phone. don't think there should be any scratches on a phone camera lens according to the BM descriptions, even for 'fair' This is painful now as ive wasted my time buying testing phones and sending them back. Or maybe the sellers are hoping that buyers can do the quality control for them? a new form of outsourcing labour perhaps...

Looks great but it’s a present so not checked it yet
