Item was indeed of excellent quality as stated. There was a mark on the top corner of the phone that wasn't mentioned and there weren't photos, but overall reasonably satisfied with product. Charger was a cheap cable instead of Oneplus charger unfortunately.

I'm happy to say that the physical condition of the device was better than expected and my worries about the battery life were unfounded! I understand the reason behind the minimal packaging and, in some sense, even loved it. But I wouldn't mind having another layer of protection for the device. In summary, great value for money! I hope to use this phone for a long time.

phone charge port intermittent charging and headphone jack does not work no music through headphones. contact customer service, directs you to your account that says sorry, no orders as yet. back to the beginning, same again!! phone has to be put into a 3rd part to fix at my expense as I can't get through to this company, cost £70! What use is a years warranty if you can't make a claim. Would I recommend or buy again? NOPE! unfortunately, the quality control department has not done its job on thei occasion!

The battery doesn't even last a day

Bought this One Plus 6 in order to install Linux on it to experiment and test the state of linux on smartphones in 2024. The product photos therefore show it running PostMarket OS, not OxygenOS-Android. About my experience with BackMarket: Sometimes difficult to know where the package is, and the box is much too big compared to the contents. However, in my case the phone was well secured in the box and therefore protected from shocks, contrary to what you might hear from other reviews. Concerning the condition of the phone: The phone is in excellent condition, I have the impression that it is as good as new. It came with a charger, which is probably not the original one, but it works. Before installing Linux on it I obviously quickly configured Android (Oxygen OS in the case of the One Plus) to install BackMarket and do the tests: everything worked. I didn't test the battery under Android because I was impatient to start my experiment, but under Linux, without using the laptop (in standby) the battery lasts much longer than 2 to 3 days.
