It was a bit of a surpise to find that an MS product cannot be upgraded to W11 but there are fixes available on the internet, even if MS does not support the CPU. Condition exceeded expectations and the goods arrived earlier than expected. Very happy with the purchase which is in daily use.

The Surface Pro 5 arrived promptly. It is in good conditions overall, with only one small scratch at the back. This is my third purchase here and I am so happy with all of them. Looking forward to use this and see how it performs over time.

I ordered two surface pro 5 tablets. Both came just two days later owing to the speedy delivery. The tablets are fabulous and there is not even a single scratch or dent on the body or screen, which is amazing considering I ordered good condition rather than excellent, which shows that the device had properly been inspected and restored. The laptops come with geninue Windows installed and is easy to set it up quickly. I checked the SSD speeds and battery health. Battery capacity was showing at 100 percent which means battery was properly restored. The SSD health showed 66 percent, and 32TB was already written on it, and the speeds were around 700 mbps which is quite low considering it should be around 1700 mbps. Nevertheless, the tablet is not at all slow, and performs quite well. Also, a typical SSD has an endurance of 200TB written on it, so I wouldn't worry much as 32TB is far way from 200TB. The most surprising bit is that this thin tablet consists a full fat i5 processor and is completely fanless. The tab never gets hot and delivers sustained performance. In no way can you tell that this is a refurbished tablet because it really feels like i purchased a new one at a damn reasonable price! It really is amazing that at such low price where brand new android tablets or even new M2 generation Ipads that cost around 1000 pounds, they simply can't deliver the desktop experience because they are limited by their operating system. Purchasing this tablet at this price, and experiencing a proper desktop experience coz of Windows 11 and proper i5 processor is unmatched and cannot be rivaled by any android tablet or Ipad at this price.

After using Google Chrome it's good to get back to a normal computer Condition good it's been used as a gaming console so some apps and docs on i didnt need other than that good compact laptop would recommend Back Market

This was a first for me buying refurbished tech… aaaand I was nervous about it. But the reviews persuaded me and I’m glad they did. The website was easy to use and the condition of the tech were true to description and priced well. It’s works like I bought it from new, I’m very pleased! The surface pro was packaged very well, wrapped in layers of bubble wrap then put in a sleeve of mega bubble wrap, so I was fairly confident it could survive a bashing from delivery. The customer service it fantastic. I also like the terminology they use when they speak to you and on the website. It’s different from how companies normally sound and talk, I’m all for it! It’s makes me feel more comfortable dealing with them. Will 100% look to buy from them again

Was really excited to receive my laptop. Unfortunately as I took it out of the box, I dropped it and smashed the screen. Never smashed anything in my life! Just wasn't meant to be :(
