The laptop arrived in time and good condition. Have been using it a lot and is my main laptop that I use. Cannot complain apart from getting the Blue Screen of Death. But not all bad. It only happens when too many things happening at the same time. I can handle that on off thing.

very quick well documented delivery. Computer excellent but....very annoying whine at times from computer. Missed the fact it was Windows 10 computer. I would still purchase from this supplier.

I love it! Seriously I am so pleased! It does exactly what I want it to do plus it is a 2 in 1. Was easy to order and came really quickly! Plus a good variety of ways to pay! Ment I could put it on Klana and get screen protector and case! Would definitely use again!

I was delighted to receive this beautiful laptop which, despite its flashy appearance, surprised and even disappointed me. The surprise was to see that the HDMI adapter supplied was compatible with a Mac. Having a Mac myself, it was easy to check, so it was unusable with the surfacebook. As well as realising that the stylus wasn't working....I suspect dead batteries 😳! Surprising all the same for a brand new pack The disappointment came when I realised that of the 256GB sold on the website, the computer only has 236GB. What happened to the missing 20GB ????? For the quality of this bike, it's more than a shame!

48 hour delivery, very good product at half the price. At least my battery needs to be reconditioned. Very good product! But battery life is short (less than 3 hours)

I ordered my microsoft surface book 2 13'. The product is as described, it works great and I'm glad I bought it.

Received the Microsoft Surface Book 2 very quickly, in very good condition (just a few micro-scratches). I had ordered it with a Qwerty keyboard because I was pressed for time and needed a hybrid PC with decent features (memory, processor, etc.) like the Book 2 before moving across the Atlantic. Unfortunately, the hybrid PC isn't fully usable. The screen part, which can normally be detached to be used as a tablet, is dysfunctional because its battery was at 0% when I received it. You need to charge the battery to detach the screen, and the charging port is under the screen, hidden by the Surface Book's characteristic hinge... I hadn't tested the PC on the day I received it and unfortunately I didn't realise it until I was using it a few days later. I contacted the helpdesk (Saturday) waiting for a solution... still waiting (Tuesday)... I'd be happy to rectify my opinion at a later date once I've had a chance to really test the PC/tablet, but it doesn't look good at the moment...

I am very satisfied, the Nozebook works perfectly and is in good condition. However, the default language setting was in French, which made it a little difficult to set up at first. But it wasn't a big problem. Always happy to use it again!

Excellent product, looks like new. And I mean new. no marks, perfect screen and above all the batteries had 2 and 3 cycles. So far everything is beyond expectations. Time will tell if the batteries especially will hold their charge. 10/10 for now. Thanks

The keyboard is AZERTY due to the black stickers on it, so it's not native (grey stickers would have been better...). the screen is superb, the product is very good in general. I don't know the state of the battery because I don't use the computer myself, but it's mainly used when I'm not on the move, so it's constantly plugged into the mains. Overall, we are very satisfied.
