The laptop arrived in time and good condition. Have been using it a lot and is my main laptop that I use. Cannot complain apart from getting the Blue Screen of Death. But not all bad. It only happens when too many things happening at the same time. I can handle that on off thing.

very quick well documented delivery. Computer excellent but....very annoying whine at times from computer. Missed the fact it was Windows 10 computer. I would still purchase from this supplier.

I love it! Seriously I am so pleased! It does exactly what I want it to do plus it is a 2 in 1. Was easy to order and came really quickly! Plus a good variety of ways to pay! Ment I could put it on Klana and get screen protector and case! Would definitely use again!

Excellent service, easy to use, really pleased with my laptop.

I’d placed my order of a laptop (£850) before seeing a lot of the negative reviews. I was worried and didn’t know what to expect upon delivery, fully prepared to process a refund. I’m pleased to say everything was tip top! Well packed, all in working order and product as described. No issues so far and very happy. CS was decent too with comms from point of order through to delivery. I’m not sure if it’s roulette of whether you get a good product or not, but unless the device suddenly breaks down I’m happy to say my experience has been a very good one.

I ordered my microsoft surface book 2 13'. The product is as described, it works great and I'm glad I bought it.

I was delighted to receive this beautiful laptop which, despite its flashy appearance, surprised and even disappointed me. The surprise was to see that the HDMI adapter supplied was compatible with a Mac. Having a Mac myself, it was easy to check, so it was unusable with the surfacebook. As well as realising that the stylus wasn't working....I suspect dead batteries 😳! Surprising all the same for a brand new pack The disappointment came when I realised that of the 256GB sold on the website, the computer only has 236GB. What happened to the missing 20GB ????? For the quality of this bike, it's more than a shame!

Excellent product, looks like new. And I mean new. no marks, perfect screen and above all the batteries had 2 and 3 cycles. So far everything is beyond expectations. Time will tell if the batteries especially will hold their charge. 10/10 for now. Thanks
