I recieved my MacBook pro in as new condition. I am delighted with the vast amount of money I have saved with not buying new from the high street. A wonderful experience from picking the model that suited me to receiving my order. I would recommend anybody to look at reconditioned Macbook,s from this company before buying new.

My Honest Review of My Recent Order from Back Market I recently placed an order through Back Market and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering buying refurbished tech from them. I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inches (2018) and was pleasantly surprised overall. The device arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged, with no signs of damage during shipping. In terms of condition, I chose the Good option as there was a deal, and I’d say it lived up to expectations. I didn’t find any scratches or dents. Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen. My MacBook Pro was as described, great condition I was so pleased, very well packed, I am very happy with the condition and quality and it is great value for money, I am now considering purchasing a refurbished I pad. Would recommend Black Market.

Oooo-wee, but I *l*o*v*e* this machine. Bought it because it cost less than the MacBook Air I was first looking at. To start with, not only did it arrive early and fully charged, it's in mint condition, despite my buying "fair". Absolutely stunning and works like a dream. Kudos to the refurbisher who has done a BRILLIANT job. As for the MacBook Pro itself, I don't know why the touch bar gets a bad press, I find it unobtrusive and most helpful when I need it. My best purchase from Back Market so far and thrilled with it, thank you.

This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

I chose “good” condition and honestly I feel it was excellent so wanted to leave a review, quick delivery, all packaged well with a brand new charger, couldn’t be happier and got it for an absolute bargain!!

I ordered a “fair” condition macbook expecting what I paid and honestly it came looking brand new. Of course you can tell that the keyboard is used and there’s a minor dent and a couple of scratches, but I can’t complain would use backmarket again!

I recently purchased a laptop from Back Market listed in “excellent condition,” but unfortunately, the device I received does not meet that standard. There are visible scuffs and damage to the case around the screen, which clearly doesn’t align with what I’d expect from an item graded as excellent. Additionally, there’s a noticeable gap between the screen and the case, allowing light to leak through—something that indicates poor assembly or wear. While I appreciate the idea behind refurbished electronics and sustainability, it’s disappointing when the quality grading isn’t accurate. I’m hoping Back Market can address this and ensure more consistent quality control moving forward.
