Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. Absolutely amazing purchase Not one scratch on the Macbook pro and I had selected just a good model but overall excellent performance and arrived within a day. Packaging neat overall was as good as a brand new laptop possibly the best refurbished product I have purchased to date and a massive upgrade from Macbook air. I would highly recommend back market as I consider myself to becoming a long term customer.

I was absolutely petrified buying off a refurbished brand, but I’ve received my Mac book & it seems to be brand new never used, as it’s let me add Apple care to my Mac book, which means it hasn’t been activated before, so I’m very grateful, came with the charger too, but didn’t come with original packaging so at first my expectations was it was used already, but then I turned it on set it up, and it asked me if I wanted to add Apple care to it meaning it’s not been used before, very happy with my purchase

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

Super impressed! Had a pretty rubbish experience with a different seller on back market before, so I was initially reluctant, but this seller is great! Really quick shipping, the MacBook appears to be brand new - not a mark on it and battery life is 100%. It came in Apple packaging too which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

The device itself is great. I'm a MacBook newbie so its taken me some time to get up and running, but the MacBook is actually easy to use and the tips section helps with most issues. The machine is in great condition as well.

I will honestly admit, I was very skeptical with Backmarket and second hand laptops in general but I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative. One word - WOW! I am beyond thrilled with my new macbook, I bought an excellent quality cause it was actually cheaper for the disk space and processor for the one I wanted. The M1 chip is a huge upgrade for me since my last laptop has is over 10 years old and been unsupported for several years now. It came within 2 days of placing the order and packaging was padded and plastic over the charger plug. Not a scratch on the laptop either, would think it’s never been used by anyone else ever, absolute steal for the price Backmarket are selling for. I do think the touch bar was replaced since but when updating the software, it said it was genuine apple product. Because of the cross reference between apple products the transfer took less than an hour. If you are looking for an upgrade but don’t want to spend too much, go with Backmarket! I couldn’t recommend enough!

I’m so pleased with my MacBook it’s absolutely perfect for me as I’m starting out writing a book about a very personal journey I’ve been on all my life. I have a Mac at home but needed the flexibility and freedom of going anywhere (normally my favourite coffee shops) to write. I’m super pleased with my MacBook it’s in perfect condition and other than a little mark on the cover it looks brand new. It worked right from the go and once I’d sorted out my AppleID it was like I’d never been away. I guess my only concern was how good the battery would be but it’s absolutely fine I’ve used it out and about and the battery has kept me going for a couple of hours (there’s only so much coffe a girl can drink😂) with plenty left in the tank. Fantastic! I ordered the MBA at 4pm and it arrived by 5pm the next day. There’s a couple of small scratches and marks as expected for the “good” condition but barely noticeable. Battery is at 100% too which is a massive surprise. Thanks!

Fab condition. Couple of marks on it but as described and expected. Very fast machine. Got it to help me build a website for my small business and it works exactly as I needed! Only thing I have noticed is I cannot use Touch ID when the Mac is charging / plugged in. Not sure if that is normal for them as I’ve not had a MacBook before. Thankyou!
