Wow! Been looking at the website for a few months but finally decided to buy a new MacBook Wednesday evening. Absolute beauty of a gold Air 13” model arrived Friday lunchtime. Condition listed as good, but looks immaculate to me (the sticker residue comes off with a few firm rubs with sellotape). Now looking at a new watch. Crazy to pay full price on products with such a high turnover as Apple ❤️❤️❤️

This refurbished unit arrived in good condition, exhibiting only minor cosmetic imperfections such as a single scratch on the lid. It included a new battery and has been successfully upgraded to macOS Monterey (though this is not officially supported; macOS Monterey represents the latest compatible operating system). Performance is exceptionally smooth with minimal heat generation, a significant improvement over my previous 2019 MacBook Pro, which recently failed. Due to budget constraints, this model was the optimal replacement, and I am very satisfied with its performance.

I’ve been a Backmarket customer for quite some time now and let’s just say, the quality is exactly as expected for an excellent space grey MacBook Air- sleek, seamless and almost impeccable. Now that I've set up my refurbished MacBook Air I'm loving it. It did keep crashing as I tried to keep my old Apple ID in the set-up, which appeared to be an option. I could only progress by setting up a new ID. Otherwise, so far so good. Thanks for the speedy delivery. Plus it looks great, considering I opted for the least cosmetic option.

Love it got it in fair condition looks like brand new there’s only a tiny little scratch that you can’t see unless you put it up to the light it’s perfect for me!

There were a wide range of products to choose from at a price that we were happy with. Pleased that there was the additional insurance ... just in case! If we look really closely, we can see that the keys had been used but other than that the MacBook Air was in really good condition. Brilliant too that you are delivering to the Isle of Man.
