Came with everything, very nice purchase. I bought PlayStation 4 1t and fair condition.A bit dirty the PlayStation like with dust but everything works perfect. Everything organised the box very nice. I will recommend to everyone.

Absolutely nothing to complain about - ordered regular delivery and it came next day which was fantastic. A few scratches on the body of the console and controller has some worn patches but this is to be expected as I ordered it in fair condition. Software runs like a dream, feels brand new. Very impressed!

Really pleased about my purchase of the ps4 works and functioning well. The only thing that was disappointing was the controller it was absolutely filthy and so much gunk in the buttons and all over. However everything else was 10/10 Another satisfied purchase thank you backmarket!🙏

Had to return other Xbox one as was faulty after nearly a year, fast service fast refund, great customer service and fast delivery of new Xbox. Only thing is no aftercare, iv spent nearly over £1000 with BackMarket over this year, would have appreciated more attention to my needs.

I’ve had the device for about 3 weeks now and I’m still blown away how amazing it is. Definitely surpassed my expectations in terms of graphics, amount of various games and productivity applications it has, and overall user experience. If you’re XR enthusiast, totally recommend! Additionally, the product from Backmarket is like new and delivery was very quick.

Overall I got it and I was so giddy with my order and the fact I can pay for it with klarna is even better the storage the speed everything Is so good and my only complaint was the controller and even then it was as easy as a quick wipe to get the wee bitty of much out overall amazing job on it I could not tell it was second hand only give away was the box it came in but other than that 1000000/10 will defo buy from here again

The good is that everything works fine so far everything is well the only bad thing I can say is that there are few little scuffs which is not major there was finger prints on the device other then that thumbs up.

This purchase arrived very quickly, in perfect condition! Clean, no scratches, in great working order. Popped some batteries in and away we went. My little girl was very excited to use 'Mummy's Wii' again without an ancient remote glitching or cutting out every three minutes. We haven't had a single issue with this lovely new one. Love the red too! Thanks BackMarket :)
