Bought a refurbished iPhone 8 64GB it was a grade A and it was in immaculate condition. Had excellent communications from the back market every step of the way. The package was sent speedily via Royal Mail and it arrived sooner than I expected considering. I highly recommend Back Market and I would definitely buy again. Prompt delivery and condition of refurbished I phone is excellent . I phone 8 easy to use and only had to transfer sim from my old phone. I like the notifications which ping to front of screen automatically. Very pleased with purchase.

My refurbished iphone was packaged really well and fitted into the letter box, so no need to 'attempt delivery', drive away or leave it outside. A spare charging cable was in the box too. The phone's condition is beautiful. No scratches or marks that I could see. A better condition than I was expecting, according to the sales description. It was easy an easy process, buying from Back Market and delivery was fast.

Bought this for partner as his was on its way out. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about refurbished having bought something before from another site and it been a complete waste. I have to say this is not the case with this phone it come in excellent condition and as close to brand new condition on the outside as you can get. Everything on the inside works perfect and i am over the moon with my purchase the other half is happier than I am. I’d definitely use this site again for anything really given that the phone is fantastic. Great service arrived well ahead of time and well packed. I purchased a iPhone 8 and was very pleased with the product as looked as if it was New. The reason bought was a gift for my mum as her iPhone was experiencing battery problems. I would recommend this company to buy refurbished products

Phone is in very good order and works absolutely fine however, I wish I’d got a slightly newer model and a bigger screen. My problem - nothing to do with the phone itself. Also wish I’d gone for a new battery!

The iPhone 8 I ordered is like new. I’m very happy with it thank you. I had an iPhone 6s before and this one’s better. The accessory you sent was ok thank you but I just didn’t need another wire. So that’s the reason I’ve have scored that 4.9.

Fantastic I have beenen want to fix my Mum’s iPhone 8 that’s battery expanded out the case but although I bought screen and battery I no longer have to concern wit h fixing it as it can wait untilI’ll sombidy I know is good with these thingsNHS can fix it.
