    Was recommended by a friend I was using an android phone and was not happy I did not want to pay the full price for an apple phone ,but when I went to your site and the choices you have on offer was mind blowing, l decided to get an iPhone 13 Pro Max 512 gig in pristine condition I am what’s know as some one who can spot imperfections , when the phone was delivered I was over the moon with the condition it was perfect , there was not a mark on it and it was back to factory settings and I payed half the price I would have payed for a new iPhone , Ive have it now for a few weeks and I can’t thank Back Market enough ,the phone has turned out muck better than I could ever imagined ,I have shown it to a few of my friends and they were impressed by the price and the phone itself and one has told me his mum keeps breaking her iPad so guess where he’s going to get a reconditioned iPad ,they say you get what you pay for and in that respect I could not have bought better thanks Back Market hope to deal with you again in the future a very happy customer thanks xx

    Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.

    I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself. And in fairness other than this the iPhone is is in excellent condition. When I managed to update to my previous settings (which was an ordeal but largely due to Apple and iOS 17.1 and no fault of backmarket nor with the iPhone) I learnt the battery health is only 87% which again was a little disappointing although within the boundaries backmarket sets. So overall the iPhone is perfectly as described and is a substantial upgrade on my old one at a fraction of the new price. I have no real complaints and will no doubt by refurbished again in the future. The communication from backmarket has been perfect too. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy refurbished or not I'd say go for it based on my experience.

    So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

    iPhone 13 Pro Max good condition. Fast delivery. Well package. Thanks for the skittles and pen. lol. The phone got a 4 star because you could see visible scratches by the screen from far. I really don’t mind because I use a 360 case. The battery heath is 85% which is ok for a refurbished phone.

    Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in a fair condition, thrilled and delighted with it. Couldn’t see any awful marks other than some feathering around the camera lens which doesn’t impinge on the performance at all. I did take a long time to decide whether to take the risk of buying reconditioned, I’m really pleased with my purchase and how it was delivered, well packaged and sent quickly.

    The battery isn’t as good as my old ‘work’ iPhone 13. But it lasts all day (so not a huge problem). Apart from that it’s faultless. Great communication from Back Market. And a bargain compared to buying a new one. Refurbished is the way forward.

    I got a iPhone 13 for my daughter for Christmas, the phone come within 2 days as promised, I was very worried just incase I made a mistake buying a reconditioned phone, there nothing to worry about the phone is like new and the service was top class, I will be happy to use again 💯

    iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB (Good Condition) Battery health 85℅ bought it from Phones Direct UK first time buy a phone from backmarket. Fast delivery, well package, the phone got a 4 star because of some scratch on the sideline and It's all the time notifying that you have a non-genuine camera part in your phone, maybe they change the camera which is non genuine.but the camera works fine 👍That much can be expected from a refurbished phone. all though i like this phone, i hope I'll come back to backmarket again 👍
