My refurbished iPhone 13 mini is great. The only minor point to raise is that it clearly been refurbished with a non-Apple battery and I keep getting notifications telling me that the device can’t recognise the battery and that as a consequence the battery health reporting may be inaccurate. Not what I was expecting! Any hints on how to get the phone to verify the battery?

I’m really pleased with my iPhone 13. It exceeds my expectations and is quite beautiful! This company is doing a great thing for the planet and for our pockets. I love the idea of not buying new especially when a reconditioned phone can be this good.

Absolutely brilliant. This is the first time I’ve used Back Market to buy a reconditioned phone and the whole experience has been outstanding. My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. I chose ‘fair’ condition and honestly this phone looks brand new! No marks or scratches on the phone or screen whatsoever. The iPhone 13 is fab, still getting use to it. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbish one, When it arrived was so impressive, thought it was a brand new one, no marks or scratches on it. The service from the time ordered to receiving it was excellent. Definitely recommend backmarket.

I recently purchased an iPhone 13 (Fair Condition) from Back Market, and overall, I’m really impressed with it. --- 🔹 Condition & Physical Appearance I ordered Fair Condition, so I expected some wear and tear. The phone arrived with visible marks around the body and one on the camera, but it doesn’t affect the camera quality at all. The screen is perfect, which is a big plus since that’s the main part of the phone you interact with. If you use a case, most of the marks are covered anyway, so it’s not a big deal. --- 🔹 Performance & Battery Life The phone works really well, and I haven’t noticed any performance issues. I didn’t choose the new battery option, and I can tell the battery doesn’t last very long. However, since I bought it for business use and it mostly stays on my desk, this isn’t a problem for me. If you’re planning to use this as your main phone, I’d highly recommend getting a new battery for better longevity. --- 🔹 Would I Recommend Back Market? ✅ Yes, absolutely! honestly i am so impressed with the condition of this phone with it being in FAIR condition and it being £260!!! (iphone 13 128gb in starlight colour). i so deffo recommend it to anyone who is looking for a phone on a budget and don’t mind it being refurbished. even tho this is a refurb, it looks brand new and i got it with 88% battery capacity, and no cosmetic damage (a VERY little scratch on the front but it is barely noticeable). great job backmarket!!!! :))
