    Such a great purchase - I can’t tell that it’s refurbished, everything feels brand new from the unboxing experience to the actual product. This is my second purchase from Back Market - would definitely recommend!

    This was the 2nd time i got a product from Back Market and i must say, I am more than satisfied with the products and services.This time I got an iPad Air (2020) 4th gen 64gb (condition category - Good) for my wife as a gift. She was really happy with it. It was like getting a brand new iPad but for so much cheaper.

    I bought my iPad Air 4 in fair condition, and apart from some minor scratches on the back, which you don’t see now it’s in a case it’s perfect. Battery lasts very well also. I’m glad I saved almost £300 by not getting a new iPad!

    I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little apprehensive initially as I was buying the two iPads for my twin daughters' birthdays and was skeptical about what the condition of the product would be (purchased in ‘good’ condition). I was extremely surprised at the quality, iPads looked brand-spanking new, not a mark or scratch at all. I was supplied with non-brand two pin charger and travel plug to make it work. Although haven’t used them then are appreciated and are in the ‘spares’ drawer as back ups. The iPads themselves run smoothly no complaints at all. Delivery was speedy, arrived well before the date they should have arrived and very well packaged. Overall extremely happy with my purchases, the iPads really were the highlight of the girls birthday. Defo will be buying from Backmarket in the future.

    ipad itself is good. looks and feels perfect. only downside is that it randomly powers off and before it glitches and shows a purple or blue screen which is quite worrying. Other than that it’s not bad.

    Ipad in great condition, no problem with the ipad. However the charger was really weird and does not work at all. I plugged it in and my socket had a reaction and turned black! I wouldn't recommend using the plugs they give. The ipad is great tho and working fine!

    Ordered the iPad mainly for work purposes as it’s lighter than carrying my laptop around Pros: The iPad was delivered the next day, which was nice and It works just like brand new Cons: had a slight chip on the edge, I use a case so it doesn’t bother me but worth noting. this isn’t as important for me but if you’re buying this as a gift for someone: it didn’t come with original packaging Overall great purchase.

    I purchased the ipad air for my 11 year old son for his Christmas present. He's absolutely over the moon with it! The ipad was in immaculate condition, and looked brand new! It works brilliantly, with amazing graphics apparently! A perfect purchase. I'm so glad I found 'Back Market' I'll definitely be using them again! A huge thank you from a very happy customer!

    The iPad air 4 is in PERFECT condition, not a single scratch, everything is perfect, it's battery life is really good and it's very fast, definitely would buy here again! It also came in the original apple package with the apple original stickers, 20W charger and a cable! very happy with the service!
