I fell in love with it the moment I set eyes on it as it was so similar one I had before, so I knew how it worked and, as it's white I can now find it easily in all my black-lined handbags. But I really should have got the next one up so I could sync my two emails. Not a major problem as, at 80 and a technophobe, I love the simplicity. I also love the touches of humour on your site. It warms my heart, et j'adore les petites phrases en francais.

Phone is OK for basic functions, text and phone calls etc but most apps like YouTube, Facebook , WhatsApp are not compatible with the device apparently. Storage was used up instantly despite showing nothing using or currently stored. can only keep one app running or phone will freeze, lag , turn off etc. Will do the job till can afford new phone tho get what u pay for.

The phone was mint condition. But had problems with delivery. The customer service from the seller was terrible. They took about 4 days to reply,there is no number you can ring,Bakmarkt don't have an email address,I could find anyway.. You need to be more available to your customers.. I doubt I will use them again after this experience
