Opened it up and it hadn't been air dusted inside (hairs and dust from previous use) which seems like a minimum for a "refurbished unit". But has run well and happy with the performance for the price.

I purchased this not knowing what to expect from a refurbished printer but was extremely impressed with it when delivered. It looks like brand new and came with ink and laptop lead which I wasn’t expecting. Delivery was super quick and packaging was very good. So pleased with this that I have now ordered another item. Would definitely recommend this site without hesitation. From ordering to delivery I was kept fully updated and received a voucher towards another purchase. Very impressed.

Everything we needed was in the box, including ink cartridges and helpful advice from the company that refurbished the printer. And the printer itself is exactly as we'd hoped for, and all for a very good price.

Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.

When i bought my laptop an Elitebook 2019 ryzan, i was skeptical and didn't know what to expect. But i have to say i was impressed when it arrived it was more than what i expected for a second hand laptop. I'd recommend BackMarket to anyone looking to get a refurbished laptop.

Second time I've bought off back market and a great experience again. Easy to order , very quick delivery. Very well packed. And a fantastic product!!! I bought a reconditioned laptop and you would never of known it wasn't brand new! Very happy indeed.

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Back Market. The product was marketed as being in good condition. The laptop arrived in a couple of days and on time. Upon opening the condition was definitely at the top end of being good. The laptop was very easy to set up, helpful step by step instructions were available as soon as I logged on. I have now been using the product for a couple of weeks and am really happy with the purchase.

I have bought several refurbished devices in recent years as even expensive brand new ones were breaking down when only 2 years old. They have become like white goods - cheaper to replace with refurbed rather than send to the repairers. I am very pleased with the HP Elite laptop from Back Market I've just bought for a mere £159. I was expecting it to have some cosmetic damage but the appearance is immaculate. It does the job and even if it breaks down in a year or so's time I won't be complaining. It arrived next day and was very well packaged.
