Everything we needed was in the box, including ink cartridges and helpful advice from the company that refurbished the printer. And the printer itself is exactly as we'd hoped for, and all for a very good price.

Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.

When i bought my laptop an Elitebook 2019 ryzan, i was skeptical and didn't know what to expect. But i have to say i was impressed when it arrived it was more than what i expected for a second hand laptop. I'd recommend BackMarket to anyone looking to get a refurbished laptop.

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Back Market. The product was marketed as being in good condition. The laptop arrived in a couple of days and on time. Upon opening the condition was definitely at the top end of being good. The laptop was very easy to set up, helpful step by step instructions were available as soon as I logged on. I have now been using the product for a couple of weeks and am really happy with the purchase.

Second time I've bought off back market and a great experience again. Easy to order , very quick delivery. Very well packed. And a fantastic product!!! I bought a reconditioned laptop and you would never of known it wasn't brand new! Very happy indeed.

My purchase arrived earlier than planned (a huge bonus point as I was travelling that week) and looked brand new. There are no scratches or issues, and it is working smoothly. So far, I am loving the experience and will definitely buy more gadgets from Back Market. My fears and hesitation with refurbished gadgets were laid to rest!! Thank you!!

The HP arrived very well packaged and despite paying for "good" condition, this would easily qualify as "excellent/new" in my personal opinion. It turned on instantly, loaded quickly and was ready to use in less than 5 mins. I cannot fault Back Market, their service and product quality is exceptional and I would honestly highly recommended them to anyone.

I chose the HP Elitebook 840 after carefully going through the reviews, particularly in Which. I found that the pros far outweighed the cons, the main con being the touch pad. A wireless mouse and good mouse pad have solved this and I've ended up with a cracking good laptop at a fraction of the new price.
