The phone arrived quicker than expected. It replaces an exact same phone, with which I have become accustomed and am very pleased with. It's a great phone, and robust, with an excellent camera. I've lost count of how many times I've dropped it and it still works but the speaker has broken, now, and charging it has become difficult and fiddly, so it was time for a replacement, and it was a case of 'better the devil you know', and it was good value on Backmarket. Sorry, I don't do 'awesome' (yuck) so you get a pretty good...which means that I am VERY pleased.

I am using Honor for yeras. This is the best "old" device in this family. My phone is absolutely flawless and very nice. I am very satisfied! I will use it as long as it lasts

Customer service was fantastic. They called to let me know that they would have to send me a very good rather than excellent phone and knocked £10 off which I am happy with. Aesthetically the phone is great but the battery life doesn't seem great. I have to plug it in by 7pm. I've had Honor phones before and not had this problem.

Good service but I have my questions if the speaker was once broken and refurbished incorrectly as it does not play beyond a very quiet volume, the camera has issues focusing also
