The phone arrived quicker than expected. It replaces an exact same phone, with which I have become accustomed and am very pleased with. It's a great phone, and robust, with an excellent camera. I've lost count of how many times I've dropped it and it still works but the speaker has broken, now, and charging it has become difficult and fiddly, so it was time for a replacement, and it was a case of 'better the devil you know', and it was good value on Backmarket. Sorry, I don't do 'awesome' (yuck) so you get a pretty good...which means that I am VERY pleased.

Customer service was fantastic. They called to let me know that they would have to send me a very good rather than excellent phone and knocked £10 off which I am happy with.
