Arrived less than 24 hours after placing my order using express delivery (dispatch note received exactly one hour and forty-five minutes after placing the order). BackMarket delivers yet again with another phone in perfect condition yet at a budget-friendly price. Thanks once again. I'm confident that BackMarket will be my go-to site from now on.

The delivery was super fast, arrived the next day after ordering. The phone itself was as if new. It was just what I was looking for, small, light and capable, though you have to keep one eye on the battery.

Never bought a refurbed phone before and was a bit sceptical. But had no reason to worry. Phone was for my daughter. It was immaculate, no problems setting it up,my daughter was really pleased with it. Well packaged but not overly packaged - environment in mind. Will definitely be getting my next phone from here.

I have never bought a refurbished phone so I was dubious but I am pleasantly surprised so far. I find the google pixel 3 phone to be particularly user friendly I took to it very quickly. This phone is in great condition, I received it swiftly after my order, and have currently had no problems. Battery life a bit short than my other phone so if there was a small negative point this is the only thing.

Bought a "fair" condition Pixel 3, and kind of blown away by how good the condition is. It's clearly not new, but no major visible wear at all. No scratches, no dents, everything works perfectly. Just a fantastic bargain.

Really pleased with my refurbished phone, looks new and working perfectly. Everything transferred across easily from my Google Pixel 2 phone which I was having battery issues with. Will definitely use you again if the price is right.
