I bought it for my wife, who was suspicious of "refurbished" I was toying between fair ond excellent condition - I went for the former because it was the purple colour; but it must take some forensic examination to qualify hers from excellent. she loves it. it came with a wink of an eye. this is my fourth purchase here. enough said.

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, and the excellent quality of the phone. Now that I've enjoyed using it for a while, I'm loving it and confirm my satisfaction with your outstanding services. Thank you so much.

This was purchased for my 76 year old dad . He wanted a small easy managable phone and this was ideal. He can pop it in his pocket and it's not too heavy . I've bought 2 of these from back market now and I will use them for all my purchases as they do what they say on the tin . Both my z flips have been in better condition than expected also . Only criticism I have is the battery isn't the best but I'm guessing that's more to do with age and model rather than backmarket. All in all ,fab experience with this company .

Had to ask what model it was as wasnt clearly advertised......turns out it was the oldest for same prices as a V3! Return was no hassle though had to request full refund as £15 was missing first time around. Overall good enough and cust service very responsive.

Was looking for a new phone for my wife's birthday and came across black market more by accident than design just by googling phones for sale, I must I was a little sceptical at first but sometimes you just have to trust your instincts, found what I was looking for in seconds, read a few reviews and took the plunge, email confirmation straight away for my order and In my hands in 3 days from ordering. The phone looked fantastic when it arrived and she absolutely loved it, still haven't told her it isn't brand new but you just can't tell its thats good. Although the description was ‘very good’ there was a 8-10mm scratch on the screen, granted only visible when the phone is off but still outside the description Despite this the phone was other wise in excellent condition and priced fairly

Awful customer service after the phone I purchased, which cost me £480 pounds the phone in question galaxy z flip started to develop a crack in the fold, phone overheated and a big black line appeared,the said phone was sent back, no replies to my messages and they still have my money DO NOT BUY FROM

Like the phone very much it was in good condition and I found it surprising easy to set up even for a bit of a cave man like me, the one thing I had to get used to was it very slippery and you had to be careful when opening it but a great phone and I like it a lot
