The service and support were very good but I ordered a 64gb phone and received a 32gb phone. I explained that I couldn't return it for a replacement as I would have lost hundreds of pounds in income so suggested they send a replacement to the correct specification and I'd then return the one they sent. Extremely very poor and criminal act. I saw reviews where people bought tablet of higher storage capacity but received lower, with no remedy, I thought it was a mistake but I went to purchase hoping they wouldn't repeat that.
