Ordered this six year old phone from Back Market on Sunday morning, arrived Tuesday morning. Refurbished by Stock to Go, I would class this phone as new old stock. Immaculate! Not the slightest blemish on screen or case! The system needed updating through 3 versions of android, so that seems to support the idea this phone has barely been used, if at all. It arrived really well packed with a new charging cable. Ideal for my purposes, I don't like large phones and this was the most compact I could find, and at just over a hundred quid! Perfect. I have had mixed experiences online, it seems more than ever the buyer needs to beware, however, this was for me the best result. Prompt delivery, well packed, accurate description, mint condition, value for money. Well pleased. Would certainly consider repeating the process the next time I require refurbished technology. Thank you.

It's great. It's a replacement for the same phone, which got chewed by our new border collie puppy. I like it because it's smaller than most, and *almost* fits in most female pockets, as well as having a pretty decent camera. But the fact that it's yellow makes me happy! No dull greys or blacks around here!

Great phone. A downside being that some apps are not compatible like National Rail so you have to add.your own shortcut for android from their website. Factory reset means 7 hours to download software updates.

Bought the Samsung s10e came really quickly and it's in pristine condition, looks brand new. Not had chance to use it properly yet so cant comment on the battery life but am confident will be great. Really happy with my purchase.

Bought the phone for my mum, it works great and does the job. However the condition (good) was not as good as I’ve experienced before buying refurbished phones. Quite heavily marked on the back sides and round the charging port. It’s gone in a case so she’s not too fussed. Personally I would have returned it.

Super happy with my galaxy S10e bought from Back Market. Arrived safely and is in perfect condition as far as I can see, even though it was described as 'good'. Brilliant battery life and easy to use and perfect size. Really reassured by the 30 day money back guarantee, even though i won't be needing it. 1 year warranty is super reassuring just in case. Definitely using Back Market again.

Great experience with Back Market! We bought a Samsung Galaxy S10e, it arrived REALLY quickly and is perfect! I had to shuffle things about a bit (having moved the sim from a Huawei, text messages weren't working right at first but that wasn't to do with the phone!). It's worked perfectly, looks great and i have the peace of mind if knowing I didn't add her anywhere electronic product to the market, rather rescued one that might've otherwise gone to landfill! Customer Service is always really responsive (from previous experience), is wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! (And I have!)

Fantastic buy of my Samsung Galaxy S10e. Some slight superficial damage to the rear but that minor blemish didn't matter as the phone works perfectly and was purchased at a perfect price for myself! I also got a tree planted in my name into the bargain apparently! 10/10 :)
