Bought the Samsung s10e came really quickly and it's in pristine condition, looks brand new. Not had chance to use it properly yet so cant comment on the battery life but am confident will be great. Really happy with my purchase.

It's all working fine. One weird thing was that the back was not stuck on properly and would fall off. The glue used to stick the back on was not dry and was visible when the back fell off. This has not been too much of a problem because I keep the phone in a case which holds everything together.

Bought this phone for my father and he's happy. Very good refurbished experience. I read other reviews, that were mostly good. The battery life was a controversial issue for this model but so far it has been better than expected. I also heard there was no longer any firmware/software updates for this model (it is from 2019) but that hasn't been a problem and it does do android app updates without a problem. All in all - a good refurbished experience. 👍🏻🙏🏻😁

Fantastic buy of my Samsung Galaxy S10e. Some slight superficial damage to the rear but that minor blemish didn't matter as the phone works perfectly and was purchased at a perfect price for myself! I also got a tree planted in my name into the bargain apparently! 10/10 :)

Super happy with my galaxy S10e bought from Back Market. Arrived safely and is in perfect condition as far as I can see, even though it was described as 'good'. Brilliant battery life and easy to use and perfect size. Really reassured by the 30 day money back guarantee, even though i won't be needing it. 1 year warranty is super reassuring just in case. Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10e in 'very good' condition. I was very pleased when my phone arrived. Unmarked and appears new! Judging by the several software updates required when I received it the handset, it has likely had very light use if any at all! First time customer... Will definitely be back.

Great experience with Back Market! We bought a Samsung Galaxy S10e, it arrived REALLY quickly and is perfect! I had to shuffle things about a bit (having moved the sim from a Huawei, text messages weren't working right at first but that wasn't to do with the phone!). It's worked perfectly, looks great and i have the peace of mind if knowing I didn't add her anywhere electronic product to the market, rather rescued one that might've otherwise gone to landfill! Customer Service is always really responsive (from previous experience), is wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! (And I have!)

I bought the cheapest s10e I could get on backmarket. Wanted a Samsung phone since I switched to iPhone 2 years ago. Everything about this phone is spotless and even it can last upto a day with medium usage. Impressive quality for 5 years old phone.
