Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Plus with having the 1 year warranty and the team at Back Market to assist with any issues is such a peace of mind.

I love my new phone but to be honest it should have been advertised as fair ,it was a bit more scratched than I expected but a phone case hid that and the battery life is not brilliant but it’s a cool way to get a better phone without having to take out a second mortgage so I’m quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend any one thinking about getting a reconditioned phone,overall I’m happy

I had the pleasure of interacting with the customer support team regarding my new Samsung Galaxy S10, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From the onset, the team members were incredibly friendly, making the entire experience feel personal and reassuring.

I purchased this S10 to act as a backup for my S10+. It quickly copied all of the main phone's data and apps. Now, should anything happen to the S10+, I can use the S10 to lock it, freeze bank accounts and cards and even erase it's contents. For a small price it's great peace of mind.

Bought my galaxy s10,needed a good phone as my i-phone I had had for many years,the battery was going naff.Letting me down.Bought Samsung,so far so good,took a while to get used to different this and that.But so far good.Ill let u know if owt starts going wrong.Hopefully not.

Nice phone,shocked to discover how much more expensive they are from other sellers! A bargain. One small complaint-full charge does not last long.... Maybe I need a pristine battery rather than the "good" one I got (80% of brand new charge holding). Overall very happy to have done right by the environment.

I purchased this phone for my daughter. She loves it. The battery life is very good and the phone is like new. You cab never tell its refurbished. I recommend back market anytime.

My first refurbished phone, but won't be my last! Bought it for my son as his 1st phone and he is delighted, it was in 'as new'condition despite being the chapest s10 you had so very very pleased!
