I received a high-quality reconditioned mobile phone in excellent condition, the purchasing process was smooth and efficient, and the customer service was commendable.

This is my 3rd Mobile phone from Backmarket and I have Never had a bad experience. I dropped my Samsung S10+ and replaced it a couple of weeks ago for the same model as I like it and I can use my SD card in it. I bought a 'fair' one and I was a bit worried, however, it looks brand new! Not a scratch on it and I am delighted! I always recommend Back Market to friends and family and will always use them. I bought this phone as a present and it's not been received yet but he was so pleased with his previous one from back market that he wanted another one. This is the 4th phone we've bought from back market and we're more than happy with the phone, the description on the website, the communication and the fast delivery. The phonelooks brand new, you can hardly see any scratches. It works well and has a good battery life despite the fact that I chose the fair option. The only downside was it came locked do I had a somewhat hard time unlocking it but it's overall, it's really worth it. Been using it for 3 weeks now. I'd recommend Back market anyday to anyone.

Had my last Samsung Galaxy S10+ stolen so replaced it with the very same model - This one from Black Market came quickly and is in excellent condition although they marked it a very good - Really pleased with phone and service.
