I wouldn't recommend Backmarket to anyone wishing to purchase a refurbished phone. My phone arrived, worked for 2 dayS, the screen became unreadable after day 3, I sent it back, and Smart Fleet Ltd deemed it to now be out of warrantee and my fault - although no damage or harm came to the phone while it was briefly in my care. Now I can't get a reply from them (on day 3 without a reply) as to what fix (which they want to CHARGE me for) may be necessary. I am SO UNIMPRESSED with the service - DON'T BUY FROM BACKMARKET!!

I've made three attempts to buy this phone. BackMarket's stock listings are incorrect which may be the fault of the actual seller. Finally when there was something in stock... it has got lost! At least BM has been responsive and quick to refund.... that said, I'm yet to see the latest refund back in my account.

Good condition but not sure if its giffgaffs fault but my old number still hasnt been assigned to new sim on the phone

I have another phone, older than this one, which has been refurbished (by another supplier) but the firmware had been updated, unlike the one I've just bought here. As a result, many applications don't work and the price of this refurbished phone is getting expensive... Shame, I won't be coming back.

The phone is in perfect condition, but the Android version is too old (and impossible to update), which prevents you from using certain apps.

Another aspect I wanted to highlight from the order I received is that apart from the keyboard not working properly and some damage to the paint on the phone, the charging cable I received did not correspond to the Samsung model I had ordered.
