I got a samsung a23 brand new from o2 which i loved, I then needed an upgrade so i bought the samsung a52s from back market and i must admit that it's a fantastic phone and it came through in excellent condition. I am extremely pleased with my purchase from here.

Absolutely love Back Market. This is the second phone I've you from them (the first being a Samsung S20 Ultra) and like that this phone was in pristine condition, with only a slight blemish on the back betraying its used status. A 'C' grade phone? 'A-' more like. The only negative is that I'm still waiting for the simultaneously ordered case and screen protectors that are now 13 days overdue. Oh well. One star lost so four stars overall.

This is the 2nd phone I've ordered from back market, and once again we haven't been disappointed. The quality of the phone is just perfect. I ordered this phone for my husband because the phone he was using was 12 months older than god!! This has been a fantastic upgrade for him.

Had it just over a week now and so far so good i had good condition and its almost new just a tiny scratch in the corner which isnt noticable when the phone is on ime so pleased with it, i ordered on the friday morning and it came the next day so realy fast delivery aswell will deffinately buy from them again 😀😀

Samsung A52 is a great small 5g phone. Turned up well packaged, though not in box. Body and glass both in showroom condition. Sadly no key for the SIM SD card. Also sadly the charging cable was a thin one so doesn't transfer data.

Excellent choice of refurbished phones and ordering is a simple process. Delivery time was as quoted, received within a few days. Wouldn't hesitate to buy here again should the need arise.

Ordered item in 'good' quality have been thoroughly impressed. Phone only had a few scuffs and marks, which have absolutely no impact on its function, and can't be seen as it has gone in a case. Phone works and performs well. Very impressed with the whole process.

Slight marks around edges and a small scratch on screen but with a screen saver and protective case it looks almost new. Very satisfied for £98+£18 for screen saver and case

This is the second phone from Back Market, again no problems, onetime delivery, phone looks new no signs of wear, great value.

Absolutely ecstatic with my purchase. I went for good condition as I have done in the past, and I wasn't disappointed yet again. I cannot understand why it didn't come under the excellent category.
