This was my second purchase from BM as expected delivery etc was fast and efficient. The device was well priced however the physical condition of the case was beyond what I could accept as fair. An additional issue with the computer (Fan) would have made the intended use less desirable in its current condition.

Bought this thinking that it might be too good to be true for the price. However, it seems to be working really well so far. There are some scratches on the case which is understandable given the fair categorisation. Since it's going to be sat under the desk it's not an issue at all. The case had been cleaned very well both inside and out, however I did have to change the CMOS battery (just a small CR2032 fitted inside the case) as it was loosing it's settings after being unplugged. I was also able to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 with no issues whatsoever. Overall very pleased with it.

Broken parts disc player not usable, graphics car incompatible makes it crash on every time No OS. Absolutely no help or compromise from back market no communications from seller as you can’t speak to the directly.
