I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

Item as delivered on time and in good order. it's only been a couple of weeks, but laptop appears to be working well. The battery life could be better, 2-3 hours max with the screen brightness turned down isn't as advertised by Dell. The only real downside was that the laptop took a long time to set up due to all system prompts, software etc. all being in Spanish. Something the seller may want to address when selling a product in the UK in future. On the whole a positive experience.

This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

Brilliant service all round, laptop arrived day early in very secure packaging. Item is first class with absolutely no marks or scratches and looks brand new. Laptop performance excellent all as per listing, would recommend bach market and will certainly use them again

Laptop was as described with Windows 11 ready to go and no bloatware. Seller dispatched using DPD quickly and laptop arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Very well packed. For a nearly 5 year old laptop, i5/16gb performance is pretty good. Lattitude 2 in 1 is a better product for me than my old MS Surface Pro which had a better screen but unpleasant 'bouncy' keyboard cover.

Super clean, just few scratches on the laptop but other than that, all seems perfect. Thank you

laptop arrived safely and in good physical condition. set up really well with few concerns. one concern was that the keyboard was only reactive to hitting the keys quite hard, but this appears to have mostly resolved itself. potentially just mostly left unused therefore sticky? not sure but its ok now. another concern was that there were no audio drivers loaded into the system, and i had to do this myself. not a hard job, just something that should have been checked and fixed prior to dispatch. otherwise good steady laptop. many thanks.

This is the third time I have chosen to buy from Back Market. Each time has been so easy to be able to define what my need were then be shown what they have that suits my needs. It’s an excellent system. I am 70 years old, and have been very impressed how easy this site is to work with. Only on one occasion did I have to speak to the seller as the computer could not run a program I needed the computer to run. They tried their hardest to try and sort out the problem but were unable to, and promptly refunded my money so I could go and buy the one I needed. They also gave me the detail of the specific computer I needed, even though they did not have one in stock. I have full confidence in this company, and have recommended them to all my family, who after viewing the site will be using them on next purchases of products they need. I would recommend to anyone to try this site before going anywhere else, it has saved me hundreds of pounds money, and hours of stress buying from an unknown person or company.
