I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. Great service from back market. Shame the delivery company they use has a lot to be desired. Computer is fabulous. More than I expected for the price. I have purchased several items now and have just ordered an HP screen pen. I will use back market again.

laptop arrived safely and in good physical condition. set up really well with few concerns. one concern was that the keyboard was only reactive to hitting the keys quite hard, but this appears to have mostly resolved itself. potentially just mostly left unused therefore sticky? not sure but its ok now. another concern was that there were no audio drivers loaded into the system, and i had to do this myself. not a hard job, just something that should have been checked and fixed prior to dispatch. otherwise good steady laptop. many thanks.

So I just purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad x1 Yoga i5 5th Gen and... wow. I ordered the 'good' condition for a great price of £349 and it quite literally has a few tiny scuff marks and that is it. The screen looks brand new, all the ports work, the charger is original and working. The battery life seems fine. Came with Windows 11 Pro also. Laptop is very quick, very nice to the eye and basically just perfect for what I need it for. Ordered on the Monday, arrived by Lunch on the Tuesday. I would both highly recommend this site, as well as the seller, and also, the laptop itself. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Thank you !

This is the third time I have chosen to buy from Back Market. Each time has been so easy to be able to define what my need were then be shown what they have that suits my needs. It’s an excellent system. I am 70 years old, and have been very impressed how easy this site is to work with. Only on one occasion did I have to speak to the seller as the computer could not run a program I needed the computer to run. They tried their hardest to try and sort out the problem but were unable to, and promptly refunded my money so I could go and buy the one I needed. They also gave me the detail of the specific computer I needed, even though they did not have one in stock. I have full confidence in this company, and have recommended them to all my family, who after viewing the site will be using them on next purchases of products they need. I would recommend to anyone to try this site before going anywhere else, it has saved me hundreds of pounds money, and hours of stress buying from an unknown person or company.

Item arrived very quickly which was great and packaged properly. It was in excellent condition which is what made me order this one. I did have trouble connecting it to the Internet during set up which required some troubleshooting but once I sorted that the machine has been working great

I was unsure initially as all sounded too good to be true! Lots of rave reviews and 24hr insured delivery! However I too the plunge and less than 24hrs the surface pro was delivered in excellent condition and fully charged. I’ll definitely buy from these guys again without a second thought. I am so ecstatic now as I received my order of Levono Thinkpad X360 from Back Market in less than 72 hours. The laptop looks practically new with just a minor scratch at the back. Really pleased with my purchase. Came in "fair" condition, but honestly the only things that looked used was the keyboard, shiny patch on the mouse pad part. Which isn't the end of the world for me. The actual tablet could have been new it was in such good condition. Very pleased with my purchase.
