This is the first refurbished phone I have purchased and to be honest, I didn't even realise it at first. So I was very curious to find out whether the item met the quality criteria of a good product. I received a phone that looks new and works great!

device that overheats during a video call and goes into security, very disappointed that this kind of thing is not seen in a reconditioned device. with all the inconvenience that this entails, returning the phone, deleting everything, reinstalling everything on another device etc etc very disappointed

Ordered in excellent quality and arrived without any scratches, cracks, bumps or marks of having been used, amazing, it has arrived as good as new. But it comes with charging cable only, no phone case. I recommend the purchase ☺️

Phone delivered in excellent condition as stated in the advert. The phone was well protected and packaged. My only doubt concerns the battery, which seems to discharge a little faster than advertised by the manufacturer, but that's just an impression and I'm perfectly happy with the autonomy.

The product is in good general condition as described in the advert, with the exception of the screen which has a ghost screen. The advert stated that the screen was in good condition and made no mention of having a ghost screen.
