Mobile received with a delay due to a problem transcribing my postal address, even though it was already known. The packaging was very basic. Fortunately the box is made of sturdy cardboard. Otherwise, the exterior meets the quality criteria. Thank you very much. Cdlt.

Mobile received in 24h 👍 and very well packed. Nevertheless with a scratch on the screen more important than my understanding of the description of the expected level of quality. I'm waiting for my daughter to give me feedback on its daily use.

Everything's just as it should be!

I bought a phone in decent condition (with possibly a few traces of use) but there is still a very visible scratch AND you can feel it when you touch it, which is a bit disappointing. The phone was also sent in a bubble envelope, which I find a bit risky given the knocks it can take during transport... Apart from that, the rest is very good.

It's a great phone that I already knew about and I wanted to give one to my nephew as a present. He's really pleased with it, and so am I (!).

Our new phone arrived very quickly with perfect packaging and very secure. As usual, I'm happy with my purchases on back market (on 2 accounts).
