I've been a Back Market customer for some time now, and I feel a mixture of satisfaction and disappointment with their services. First of all, I'd like to say how pleased I am with the products I've bought on their platform. The selection of refurbished devices is vast, the prices are generally competitive, and the quality of the products received has always lived up to my expectations. It's reassuring to know that the company is committed to an eco-friendly approach by encouraging the recycling and reuse of electronic devices, which is good for both the environment and your wallet. However, my main source of frustration is the delivery service offered by Back Market, particularly when parcels are entrusted to Colissimo. When parcels are given to colissimo they are NEVER delivered, which has caused considerable inconvenience. This is in stark contrast to my overall positive experience with Back Market. I would appreciate it if Back Market took a closer look at the delivery providers they work with to improve the experience for their customers, as reliable delivery is an essential element when shopping online. The retailer didn't tell us they were out of stock, so we wasted a week sending back the wrong phone and waiting for nothing. Having said that, the backmarket after-sales service was very pleasant and responsive.

The product arrived just when I was advised, and the delivery was very good. The phone works great, as if it was brand new from the factory. The only thing that disappointed me a bit is that it doesn't have NFC, as I thought it would have when I looked for the model myself. However, the mistake is mine as the model has NFC depending on the country of sale (which I don't know) and that in BackMarket that information is in the name of the product.

The phone was not labelled as grey but black, it said so on the box. I hope this does not cause any problems in case I have to return it. The phone was also a bit dirty and had quite a few scratches on the back, which I didn't expect having bought one in "excellent" condition. But it works fine, I'm happy with it. The only thing I haven't managed to get right is the dual SIM. I have to see if it really works or not.
