Quality has exactly as new, Obviously no 64W charging port or charger cable with the phone as stated. Delivery was extremely prompt, 3 working days to the UK, Signed for delivery, Tracked every step of the way and was kept in the loop. I am very happy with this smartphone. but not with the deliveryman because he put the phone in a letterbox when normally it is delivered against signature and moreover he put it in a bad letterbox fortunately I have nice neighbours in short satisfied with back market and very disappointed with the delivery company
