    Very poor service. I would strongly advise against using this site. I bought 2 phones on this site, both were faulty although I took them in excellent condition. After requesting to change the product, the replacement still didn't work. What's more, the delivery took a very long time and they sent to the wrong people. So I want a refund, but it's been 2 months and there's still no trace of a refund despite my numerous requests and approaches to Back Market and my bank. I'm not giving up hope and intend to get my money back. Avoid!
