I have received the phone on time but when I opened it I saw a big crack or not been fixed propely on the side of the phone , it state in your site that is in very good condition I call this poor , you stated it is 8gb ram and it's 6 . Not happy at

I bought a Xiaomi 9 S in what was described as "acceptable" condition for really little money, so I wasn't expecting too much. I just wanted to try it out. In fact, I am thrilled, the condition of the mobile phone is far more than acceptable! Wow, this was certainly not my last purchase here.

I bought a phone in 'excellent' condition. It was shipped in two/three working days, right on time. It arrived in a box with power cable, warranty and SIM slot key. This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and it far exceeded my expectations. The phone looks as good as new, fully functional and with 94% battery, much more than it promises. In short, I hope with time that no problems arise, but if so I will definitely buy from this site again.

I got this phone for my mother. I opted for the refurbished one and I'm not disappointed. Next time I'll get one for myself. I'll never buy a new phone again and I don't see the point.
