Phone arrived scratched and with a faulty camera. No charging cable was provided either. I was refused repair twice, needing to use time and money for returning the item. Thankfully refunded the device after a lot of back and forth.

The Xiaomi mi 11 is a model I love, since I bought the 'excellent' option I was waiting for a unit completely free of micro scratches. One or two of these are perhaps a little visible when the display is switched off. There is a slight battery drain perhaps correctable with an. eventual update. Overall, I'm glad to have. got an MI11 back. The white back cover is. really elegant. The software. is perfect and very responsive, fluid. A phone to show off and envy 😅

The phone is physically great and works very smoothly. The battery I think it lasts less than it should, in the ad it indicated that it is for daily use, it is not new, but I have to charge it in the middle of the day.

fairly fast delivery. the device arrived in very good condition. I am happy with all the features of my Xiaomi and especially the photo quality.

I already know the phone and it's very good, but I can't access certain applications because they haven't been updated recently enough, and I can't access CHAT RCS either. Otherwise it's fine.

The phone works great and is in very good condition, but it did not come in the colour I ordered. Also, when it goes below 30% battery, it turns off in less than a minute.
