Le téléphone est excellent ! Rien a redire là dessus. Par contre étonné de ne pas avoir la prise secteur avec pour recharger.. j'ai reçu simplement le téléphone avec le câble basta..pour le prix j'aurais pu avoir la prise secteur je pense.

Totalmente injustificada y abusiva 3 ilegal su política de devolución queriendome imponer una fotocopia de mi DNI por las dos caras con todo bien visible para una investigación a la empresa de transporte que ha perdido mi artículo. Primero no me pertenece a mi investigar. Segundo que para comprar no hace falta fotocopia de mi DNI y sí para una devolución. Es algo muy serio pedir fotocopias de un DNI,es solo para determinadas circunstancias y en esta es injustificable. No existe ninguna ley que lo diga y me obligue a ello y la ley de protección de datos me ampara. En fin, que realizan políticas de devolución o investigación ilegales al pedir dicha documentación si tú artículo lo ha perdido la empresa de transporte. Yo no tengo nada que ver en eso. En conclusión si no das tu fotocopia de DNi no te devuelven el dinero por algo en lo que no has tenido nada que ver. Y si pides cualquier otro de identificación tampoco les vale. En fin, que me siento estafado.
